1. Acceptance Notifications

Acceptance notification emails for oral and poster presentations have been sent to all accepted authors, starting on October 20, 2026.

2. Presentation Guidelines

Detailed instructions for oral and poster presentations were sent via email on October 27, 2026.

Please check the email inboxes of both the first author and the corresponding author, including spam or junk folders, for these notifications.

3. If You Have Not Received the Notification Emails

If neither the first author nor the corresponding author has received the notification emails, please contact the GCBME 2026 Secretariat at sbme@tmu.edu.tw and provide your Paper Number for verification.

4. Important Clarification Regarding Presentation Templates

Our previous notification indicated that an oral presentation slide template would be available for download on the official website.

However, after further confirmation, please note that the conference organizers will not provide an official oral presentation slide template.

We sincerely apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused.
